Research Interests

My research uses genomic tools to explore questions about how and why biological diversity changes over space and time. I primarily use population genomic and phylogenomic techniques to investigate the ecological and evolutionary forces driving population structure, genomic diversity, and adaptation. I study a wide range of taxa, ranging from viruses to beetles to dolphins and many others.
